摘　　要：目的:探究黄柏连翘三叶鬼针草煎剂对湿热下注型低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月三明市中西医结合医院肛肠科收治的60例湿热下注型低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用凡士林治疗,试验组采用黄柏连翘三叶鬼针草煎剂治疗。比较两组创面生长因子、肛门功能指标、疗效。结果:治疗后7 d,两组血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、创面表皮生长因子(EGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子-1(FGF-1)水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d,两组干便、生活方式改变、稀便、需要衬垫、漏气等评分及总积分较治疗前均提高,但试验组各维度积分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:黄柏连翘三叶鬼针草煎剂可明显改善湿热下注型低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者创面生长因子水平,提升肛门功能,促进创面愈合。Objective: To explore the effect of Huangbai Lianqiao Sanyeguizhencao Decoction on patients with low simple anal fistula of damp-heat type after operation. Method: A total of 60 patients with low simple anal fistula of damp-heat type after operation admitted to the Department of Anus and Intestines of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Vaseline, and the experimental group was treated with Huangbai Lianqiao Sanyeguizhencao Decoction. The wound growth factor, anal function index and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Result: Seven days after treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), wound epidermal growth factor(EGF) and fibroblast growth fact-1(FGF-1) in the two groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Seven days after treatment, scores and total scores of dry stools, lifestyle changes, loose stools, need for padding and air leakage in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but scores of each dimension in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangbai Lianqiao Sanyeguizhencao Decoction bidens pilosacan significantly improve the level of wound growth factor, enhance anal function and promote wound healing in patients with low simple anal fistula of damp-heat type after operation.
