运脾散敷脐联合电磁波对肠内营养患者腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨运脾散敷脐联合电磁波对肠内营养患者腹泻的疗效。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年5月福建中医药大学附属福州中医院重症医学科收治的60例应用肠内营养后出现腹泻的患者,使用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用运脾散敷脐联合电磁波治疗,对比两组腹泻程度积分、临床疗效、疾病不确定感、焦虑程度及舒适度评分、皮肤损伤发生率。结果:治疗7 d后,两组腹泻程度积分、疾病不确定感评分及焦虑程度评分较治疗前均下降,舒适度评分较治疗前均升高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤破损率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运脾散敷脐联合电磁波治疗肠内营养患者腹泻效果显著,可有效降低腹泻程度,提高腹泻临床治愈率,降低患者的疾病不确定感及焦虑程度,提高舒适度,减少皮肤破损。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of umbilical application of Yunpi Powder combined with electromagnetic wave on diarrhea in patients with enteral nutrition.Method:Sixty patients with diarrhea after enteral nutrition who admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with umbilical application of Yunpi Powder combined with electromagnetic wave on the basis of the control group.The diarrhoea degree score,clinical effect,disease uncertainty,anxiety and comfort scores and incidence of skin injury of two groups were compared.Result:After 7 d of treatment,the diarrhea degree score,disease uncertainty score and anxiety score in two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the comfort score increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin breakage rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical application of Yunpi Powder combined with electromagnetic wave is effective in the treatment of diarrhea in enteral nutrition patients,can effectively reduce the degree of diarrhea,improving the clinical cure rate of diarrhea,reduce patients'disease uncertainty and anxiety,improve comfort and reducing skin breakage.
