摘　　要：目的:探讨痛风伴发糖尿病相关危险因素。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院2020年1月—2022年1月接收的100例痛风患者作为调查对象,收集全部调查对象相关资料,统计与分析痛风患者伴发糖尿病概率及影响因素。结果:痛风伴发糖尿病概率为15.00%(15/100);发生与未发生糖尿病患者年龄、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血甘油三酯(TG)、血尿酸(UA)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归模型分析,TC<5.09 mmol/L、TG≥2.30 mmol/L、UA≥444.14μmol/L、FPG≥6.08 mmol/L、肥胖、年龄≥45岁为痛风伴发糖尿病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:痛风伴发糖尿病与多个因素相关,其中TC<5.09 mmol/L、TG≥2.30 mmol/L、UA≥444.14μmol/L、FPG≥6.08 mmol/L、肥胖、年龄≥45岁为独立危险因素,临床可针对性制定干预措施。Objective:To investigate the risk factors of gout complicated with diabetes.Method:A total of 100 gout patients received in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the survey objects,the relevant data of all the survey objects were collected,probability and influencing factors of diabetes associated with gout were statistically analyzed.Result:The probability of gout complicated with diabetes was 15.00%(15/100).There were statistically significant differences in ages,body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),blood triglycerides(TG),and blood uric acid(UA)of patients with and with out diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).logistic regression model analysis,TC<5.09 mmol/L,TG≥2.30 mmol/L,UA≥444.14μmol/L,FPG≥6.08 mmol/L,obesity,age≥45 years old were independent risk factors for gout associated with diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gout with diabetes is related to multiple factors,among which TC<5.09 mmol/L,TG≥2.30 mmol/L,UA≥444.14μmol/L,FPG≥6.08 mmol/L,obesity and age≥45 years are independent risk factors,clinical interventions can be tailored.
