级配对沥青混合料性能影响研究

摘  要:集料级配变化对沥青混合料性能具有较大影响。从集料最大公称粒径和集料级配类型方面出发,以SMA-13、AC-13、AC-16和AC-20型混合料为研究对象,通过开展高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和浸水马歇尔试验,分别得出沥青混合料性能与集料最大公称粒径、集料级配类型的相关性。结果表明:随着集料最大公称粒径逐渐增大,沥青混合料抗车辙性能逐渐提升,低温条件下抵抗开裂能力有所下降,抗水损害能力变化不大;集料粒径与级配类型对沥青混合料性能的影响主要在混合料空隙率方面体现;集料级配类型比集料最大公称粒径对混合料性能影响更大。The change of aggregate gradation has a great impact on the performance of asphalt mixture.Starting from the maximum nominal particle size and aggregate grading type of aggregate,this research takes SMA-13,AC-13,AC-16 and AC-20 mixtures as the research object,and obtains the correlation between the performance of asphalt mixture and the maximum nominal particle size and aggregate grading type through high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature bending test and immersion Marshall test.The results show that with the increase of the maximum nominal particle size of aggregate,the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture increases gradually,the cracking resistance decreases at low temperature,and the water damage resistance changes little.The influence of aggregate size and gradation type on the performance of asphalt mixture is mainly reflected in the voids of the mixture.The aggregate grading type has a greater impact on the performance of the mixture than the maximum nominal particle size of the aggregate.
