摘 要:本文针对某散货船主机降速节能后对主机运行工况的负面影响,基于柴油机与涡轮增压器之间的匹配特性及其优化措施的分析,对主机VTR354型涡轮增压喷嘴环进行优化再匹配,以改善柴油机性能,为航运企业营运船舶提供可操作和重应用的节能减排方案。通过主机运转试验,结果表明主机在同一常用运行转速下,涡轮增压器喷嘴环优化后主机各缸的排气温度均有不同程度下降,主机扫气压力提高了0.17bar,较优化前提高8.9%,改善了柴油机因降速引起的扫气压力低,排气温度高的不良性能。In view of the negative impact on the operating conditions of the main engine of a bulk carrier after the speed reduction and energy conservation of the main engine, based on the analysis of the matching characteristics and optimization measures between the diesel engine and the turbocharger, this paper optimizes and matches the VTR354 type turbocharger nozzle ring of the main engine to improve the performance of the diesel engine, and provides an operable and re applied energy conservation and emission reduction scheme for shipping enterprises. Through the operation test of the main engine, the results show that under the same common operating speed of the main engine, the exhaust temperature of each cylinder of the main engine has decreased to varying degrees after the optimization of the turbocharger nozzle ring, and the scavenging pressure of the main engine has increased by 0.17bar, 8.9% higher than before, improving the poor performance of the diesel engine due to low scavenging pressure and high exhaust temperature.
