摘  要:保护发动机的早燃控制策略是通过爆震传感器采集到相对一般爆震的振幅增大的信号,该信号的积分值超出早燃阈值,及该信号发生在判定早燃时间窗口区域内。本文论述了一种因发动机排气歧管垫片热胀冷缩后,产生异常振动,爆震传感器将该振动信号误判为早燃导致的振动信号。通过对排气歧管垫片进行优化设计,最终解决了异常振动的产,为其他汽油发电机早燃问题、排气歧管振动问题的排查解决通过了参考依据。The early burning control strategy of protecting the engine is to collect the signal which is larger than the amplitude of the general explosion through the explosion sensor, and the integral value of the signal exceeds the early burning threshold, and the signal occurs in the early burning time window area. This paper discusses a kind of abnormal vibration caused by the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the exhaust manifold gasket of the engine. The explosion sensor misjudges the vibration signal as the vibration signal caused by early combustion. Through the optimization design of the exhaust manifold gasket, the generation of abnormal vibration is finally solved, which provides a reference for the troubleshooting and solving of the problems of early combustion of other gasoline generators and exhaust manifold vibration.
