摘　　要：空气分配器轴是某电机离合器的重要组成部分。在某次运行中,发现轴承壳体表面温度较高,轴承位置出现了冒烟现象,但轴承处的润滑油供油压力及进出口油温都正常。通过对空气分配器轴的结构分析,制定排查方案,找到了故障原因,采取相应的措施后,解决了问题,从而保证了该电机离合器的正常运行。Air distributor shaft is an important part of a motor clutch. In one operation, it was found that the surface temperature of the bearing housing was high, and smoke appeared in the bearing position, but the lubricating oil supply pressure at the bearing and the inlet and outlet oil temperature were normal. Through the analysis of the structure of the air distributor shaft, the troubleshooting scheme is made, and the cause of the fault is found. After taking corresponding measures, the problem is solved, so as to ensure the normal operation of the motor clutch.
