摘　　要：本文从内燃机械维修常见的问题进行说明,并针对检修机制问题、设备应用问题,以及内燃机长期处于负荷状态三方面进行说明,并对现有的问题提出应对措施,通过对常见故障问题的有效处理,要求更加注重润滑油发挥的作用,以及对其他常见故障进行分析,并及时做好相应检修工作,通过制定完善的检修制度,严格按照相关要求更换零部件,更加注重内燃机单向阀故障的有效处理,为进一步做好内燃机故障维修工作提供参考依据。This article explains the common problems in the maintenance of internal combustion engine machinery, and explains the maintenance mechanism, equipment application, and long-term load of internal combustion engine, and puts forward countermeasures for the existing problems. Through effective treatment of common fault problems, it requires more attention to the role of lubricating oil, as well as analysis of other common faults, and timely do the corresponding maintenance work, By formulating a sound maintenance system, replacing parts in strict accordance with relevant requirements, more attention is paid to the effective treatment of the fault of the check valve of the internal combustion engine, so as to provide a reference for further troubleshooting of the internal combustion engine.
