摘 要:随着2030碳达峰越来越近,那么我国汽车排放要求必然会越来越严格,鉴于一些工程服务领域的特殊性,长时间内仍会以柴油机为主。目前柴油车为达到排放要求采用最多的就是上装选择性催化还原装置(SCR)技术,而该系统最重要的一点是需要添加尿素(AdBlue),若因SCR系统出现问题,轻则车辆功率下降,燃油消耗增大,排放有害物质增多,重则不能启动,故如何对SCR系统进行维护就显得格外重要。With the approaching of peak carbon dioxide emissions of China in 2030, The emission control of automobiles exhaust shall be more and more strict. Somehow for a period of time, there is still requirement for diesel engines, especially in a lot of areas for engineering services. To meet the emission control requirements, currently the automobile with a diesel engine mostly adopts a SCR technology, which is to install a selective catalytic reduction device. The key point for this system is to add urea(AdBlue) to reduce the harmful emission, in that case, if there is a problem occurred with the SCR system, the power of the automobile will decrease while fuel consumption will increase, and comes along with harmful emission will increase. And even in the worst case, the engine would be unable to start. Therefore, proper maintenance for the SCR system is particularly important.
