摘　　要：涉案卷烟证据管理是烟草专卖行政执法部门保障办案程序和证据合法的关键一环。针对现有涉案卷烟手工清点打包和人工仓库管理存在效率低、出错率高的问题,面向涉案卷烟现场清点便捷化、打包规范化需求、入库流程化需求、库存管理可视化的目标需求,基于优化的涉案卷烟证据管理流程,研制了束带式涉案卷烟证据管理装备,该装备具有装备便携好、料带耗费少、机器能耗低、包装效率高、场景适应度广、包装效果好等优势,实现了使涉案卷烟证据管理的智能化、信息化与一体化,提升了涉烟案件管理的质量和效率。The management of cigarette evidence involved in the case is a key link for the tobacco monopoly administrative law enforcement department to ensure the handling procedure and the legality of evidence.In view of the problems of low efficiency and high error rate in the existing manual counting and packing and manual warehouse management of cigarettes involved in the case,the team developed the belt type evidence management equipment for cigarettes based on the optimized evidence management process of cigarettes involved in the case,aiming at the target requirements of the convenience of the on-site counting of cigarettes involved,the standardization of packaging,the warehousing process and the visualization of inventory management.The equipment has the advantages of good portability,low material belt consumption,low machine energy consumption,high packaging efficiency,wide scene adaptability,and good packaging effect.It realizes the intelligence,informatization and integration of cigarette evidence management,and improves the quality and efficiency of cigarette case management.
