摘  要:针对目前钻井泵存在质量大、排量小、易损件寿命低等问题,考虑冲程和冲次对其影响大,提出对钻井泵进行冲程与冲次合理匹配的标准方案。首先在分析五缸单作用钻井泵冲程S与冲次n对泵的活塞运动和性能参数影响的基础上,查阅国内现有数据和资料,绘制出已有五缸泵n-S型谱图,其次由型谱图的限制线确定五缸泵活塞速度nS和最大瞬时加速度n^(2)S最大值,nS≤36,n^(2)S≤5000。最后讨论影响五缸泵冲程S和冲次n的因素以及泵排量的调节和正确使用五缸泵,本着“适当增加冲程,合理降低冲次”方法,提出五缸泵冲程S和冲次n的修订建议。此方法在现有泵的尺寸不变、结构保持的前提下,冲程S大的中速泵nS和冲程S小的高速泵n^(2)S值显著降低,符合限制线规定。Aiming at the problems of large mass,small displacement and low life of wearing parts of drilling pump,considering the great influence of stroke and stroke times,a standard scheme of reasonable matching of stroke and stroke times of drilling pump was proposed.First of all,on the analysis of the impact and the single-acting cylinder drilling pump stroke S five times n on performance parameters of the pump piston movement and influence,on the basis of consulting domestic existing data and information,map out for five cylinder pump navier-stokes spectrum diagram.Secondly by the limit line spectrum diagram five cylinder piston pump speed nS and maximum instantaneous acceleration maximum n^(2)S,nS≤36,n^(2)S≤5000.Finally,the factors affecting stroke S and stroke n of five-cylinder pump,the adjustment of pump displacement and the correct use of five-cylinder pump were discussed.Based on the method of"appropriately increasing stroke and reasonably reducing stroke",the suggestions for revising stroke S and stroke n of five-cylinder pump were propose.On the premise that the size and structure of the existing pump remain unchanged,the n^(2)S values of the medium speed pump with large stroke S and the high speed pump with small stroke S are significantly reduced,which conforms to the limit line.
