摘 要:为解决低渗透油田开采时,常规游梁抽油机不易实现低冲次采油的问题,提出一种天车轮式齿条抽油机的方案设计,采取少齿差行星齿轮减速器提供大传动比,并与齿轮齿条传动相结合实现低冲次采油。传动比设计为188,在不改变泵径、冲程的基础上可使抽油机实现最低冲次1次/min。然后利用Matlab软件对比了常规游梁抽油机与天车轮式齿条抽油机的加速度曲线,并在不同的冲次和固定销轴回转半径下,分析了它们对抽油机运动特性的影响。结果表明:在冲次为1次/min时,所提天车轮式齿条抽油机悬点的最大加速度比常规游梁抽油机降低了32.5%,运动性能更好。同时,在其他条件不变的情况下,冲次越高,则所提抽油机悬点的最大速度和加速度会越大;固定销轴回转半径越大,所提抽油机的悬点位移、速度、加速度也均会增大。In order to solve the problem that conventional beam pumping units are not easy to achieve low frequency stroke oil recovery during the exploitation of low permeability oil fields,this paper proposes a design of crown gear rack pumping unit,which adopts planetary gear reducer with less tooth difference to provide large transmission ratio,and combines with gear rack drive to achieve low frequency stroke oil recovery.The transmission ratio is designed at 188,which can make the pumping unit achieve the minimum stroke 1 time/min without changing the pump diameter and stroke.Then the acceleration curves of conventional beam pumping unit and crown gear rack pumping unit are compared with Matlab software,and their effects on the motion characteristics of the pumping unit are analyzed under different impulse times and fixed pin rotation radius.The results show that the maximum acceleration of the suspension point of the raised crown gear rack pumping unit is 32.5%lower than that of the conventional beam pumping unit when the stroke is 1 time/min,and the motion performance is better.At the same time,under the condition that other conditions remain unchanged,the higher the stroke is,the greater the maximum speed and acceleration of the polished rod of the pumping unit will be;the larger the rotation radius of the fixed pin shaft is,the greater the displacement,speed and acceleration of the polished rod of the pumping unit will be.
