摘　　要：随着建筑产业的数字化转型升级,BIM技术在工程项目中的应用也得到了极大的提升,它贯穿于整个工程项目的全生命周期,形成了由三维模型组成的数据库,搭建了各参建方的信息交流平台.本文系统阐述了BIM技术和EPC工程项目特点,分析了BIM技术在EPC项目中的协同管理过程,论述了BIM技术在工程项目的设计阶段、采购阶段、施工阶段的信息化管理优势和应用价值,为BIM技术在EPC工程项目的有机融合提供了研究方向.With the digital transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the application of BIM technology in engineering projects has also been greatly improved,it runs through the whole life cycle of engineering projects,forms a database composed of 3D models,and builds an information exchange platform for all participating parties.This paper systematically expounds the characteristics of BIM technology and EPC engineering projects,analyzes the collaborative management process of BIM technology in EPC projects,discusses the advantages and application value of information management of BIM technology in the design,procurement and construction stages of engineering projects,and provides a research direction for the organic integration of BIM technology in EPC engineering projects.
