摘 要:电子印刷线路板是电子零件组装用的基板,广泛用于工控系统、通信基站等电子设备,需求量逐年增加.纳米铜导电墨水是制备电子印刷线路板的重要材料,对其工艺性能也提出了更高要求.为此,文章以纳米金属颗粒墨水的选择为切入点,分析纳米铜导电墨水性能优点,以此为基础,结合纳米铜导电墨水制备方法,探讨电子印刷线路板制备中纳米铜导电墨水应用进展,从而为相关工作者提供参考.Electronic printed circuit board is a substrate for the assembly of electronic parts,it is widely used in electronic equipment such as industrial control system and communication base station,and the demand is increasing year by year.Nano-copper conductive ink is an important material for the preparation of electronic printed circuit boards,and a higher requirement is also put forward for its process performance.Therefore,this paper takes the selection of nano-metal particle ink as the starting point to analyze the performance advantages of nano-copper conductive ink,and on this basis,the application progress of nano-copper conductive ink in the preparation of electronic printed circuit boards is discussed in combination with the preparation method of nano-copper conductive ink,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
