整县光伏接入电网约束条件分析

摘  要:碳减排已成为全球共识,为了实现"双碳"目标,我国在碳减排进程中提出了"整县光伏"策略.本文以一个计划推进整县光伏的县级电网为例,基于太阳能资源以及现有网架结构,对影响整县光伏实施的关键约束环节进行分析,总结并提出电网容量约束、电压降落约束两大约束条件,并对约束情况进行了具体分析,提出了解决办法.Carbon emission reduction has become a global consensus,in order to achieve the goal of“dual carbon”,China proposes the“county-wide photovoltaic”strategy in the process of carbon emission reduction.Taking a county-level power grid that plans to promote photovoltaic access in the whole county as an example,based on solar energy resources and the existing grid structure,this paper analyzes the key constraints affecting the implementation of photovoltaic access in the whole county,summarizes and puts forward two major constraint conditions of grid capacity constraint and voltage drop constraint,and analyzes the constraint situation and proposes a solution.
