摘  要:根据空间磁感应强度极易受到铁磁介质影响这一基本原理,结合霍尔效应,设计并制造出一种基于磁场感应的新型污水检验净化装置.该装置利用改装电表反映污水中污染物浓度,且电表示数与污染物浓度呈正相关,实现了待测样品中磁性污染物定性和定量的实时检验.并且利用纳米磁粉对于污染物的附着特性,进一步通过外界负载磁场对检验样品中的磁性污染物实现快速高效的净化分离,实现污水处理.整套装置原理直观,搭建便捷,检测精度较高,净化效果好,可重复性稳定,并且成本低廉,为污水检验和净化提供了理论和实验的新探索.According to the basic principle of the spatial magnetic induction intensity being affected by ferromagnetic medium,combined with Hall effect,a new sewage inspection and purification system is designed and manufactured based on magnetic field induction.The device uses a modified ammeter to reflect the pollutant concentration in sewage,and the value of ammeter is positively correlated with the pollutant concentration,achieving the qualitative and quantitative realtime detection of magnetic pollutants in tested samples.By using the adhesion characteristics of nano-magnetic powders to pollutants,the magnetic pollutants are purified and separated from the tested sample in a rapid and efficient manner through the external loaded magnetic field,thus achieving sewage treatment.With the advantages of simple operation,convenient preparation,high testing precision,good purification effect,stable repeatability and low cost,the whole set provides a new theoretical and experimental exploration for sewage inspection and purification.
