摘　　要：本文对铁路车站防溜作业进行概述;并针对铁路车务系统防溜安全问题现状,对目前广泛使用的防溜设备和器具进行分析;从作业场景、人工检查、防溜器具存在的智能化程度低、技能培训不足和多种车辆制动防溜等方面问题提出铁路机车车辆防溜存在的不足;并针对性地提出增强对当前防溜设施的改造、增进对防溜基础装置的研究、推进防溜技术设备和器具标准化和简易化;加强对规章修订人员培训和加强中间站防溜安全卡控的建议.This paper summarizes the anti-slip operation of railway stations.In view of the current situation of anti-slip safety problem in railway train operation system,the widely used anti-slip equipment and appliances are analyzed.From the aspects of operation scene,manual inspection,low intelligence of anti-slip appliances,insufficient skill training and anti-slip braking of various vehicles,the shortcomings of railway locomotive anti-slip are proposed.And the following suggestions are accordingly proposed:strengthen the transformation of the current anti-slip facilities,enhance the research on the anti-slip basic devices,and promote the standardization and simplification of anti-slip technical equipment and appliances;as well as strengthen the training of personnel who revise regulations and strengthen the anti-slip security control of intermediate stations.
