摘  要:北京冬奥周期,对我国冰雪产业提升产业规模和层次、丰富奥运遗产和增加冰雪人口数量产生了重大影响。随着“后冬奥时代”的到来,冰雪产业发展面临防止“奥运低谷效应”发生,政策支持、资本投入与人口红利能否持续,发展过程中的三大短板以及疫情和国际知名品牌的冲击等困境。因此,要合理利用全民参与热情、群众基础提升、冰雪市场需求扩大、“奥运品牌”长期经济效应的新阶段发展机遇,重新定位冰雪产业发展的新理念和新使命要求。并从政策延续、科技创新、冰雪人口、冰雪文化、人才培养等方面协同发力,促使冰雪产业步入全新发展轨道,构建发展新格局。The Beijing Winter Olympics cycle has had a significant impact on China′s ice and snow industry,improving the industrial scale and level,enriching the Olympic heritage and increasing the number of ice and snow population.With the arrival of the"post-Winter Olympics era",the development of the ice and snow industry is facing difficulties such as preventing the occurrence of the"Olympic trough effect",whether policy support,capital investment and demographic dividends can be sustained,the three shortcomings in the development process,and the impact of the epidemic and internationally renowned brands.Therefore,we should make rational use of the new stage development opportunities of the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate,the improvement of the mass base,the expansion of ice and snow market demand and the long-term economic effect of the“Olympic Brand”,and reposition the new concept and new mission requirements of the development of ice and snow industry.We will make concerted efforts from the aspects of policy continuity,scientific and technological innovation,ice and snow population,ice and snow culture and talent training to promote the ice and snow industry into a new development track and build a new development pattern.
