摘 要:为剖析体能锻炼对学生体能素质的影响,促进学生的运动素质,提高体质健康水平。以《国家学生体质健康标准》中测试项目为指标,探讨体能锻炼对学生体质的影响。通过主成分分析方法对身高、体重、肺活量、50米跑、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、50×8米折返跑、跳绳和加单腿平衡测试结果进行统计学分析,并提出体能锻炼方式的建议。结果表明,综合性体能锻炼对进行实验的学生各项身体素质都产生了正向的影响,学生体能素质均优于专项锻炼。In order to analyze the influence of physical exercise on students′physical fitness,to promote students′physical fitness and to improve the level of physical health,the influence of physical exercise on students′physical fitness is discussed by taking the test item in National Student Physical Health Standard as the index.The results of height,weight,vital capacity,50 meter race,forward bend in sitting position,sit-up,50×8 meter shuttle running,rope skipping and balance test with one leg are statistically analyzed by principal component analysis,and the suggestions of physical exercise methods are proposed.The results show that the comprehensive physical exercise has a positive effect on the physical quality of the students,and the physical quality of the students is better than that of the special exercise.
