摘　　要：中国共产党领导老年农民贫困治理的百年征程,昭示了100年来我国老年农民生存境遇持续改善和乡村美好生活不断书写的奋进历程。中国共产党成立一百年来,我国老年农民贫困治理体系经历了五个阶段的演进过程,老年农民贫困群体的生活质量因之获得显著改善。后脱贫时代,老年农民群体的贫困问题也在相对贫困的语境下逐步由经济贫困转变为多维贫困情形,同时老年农民群体的自身特征及其发展脆弱性,决定了这一群体具备极高的“再返贫”可能性。亟待构筑老年农民贫困治理多维支撑体系,有效阻断老年农民群体返贫路径,助力这一群体的贫困治理机制从单维绝对贫困治理向多维相对贫困治理进行转换,有效实现后脱贫时代老年农民贫困治理的路径转向、基准调适与规则重建。面向第二个百年,中国共产党领导下的老年农民贫困治理必将继续谱写乡村美好生活的全新图景。The centennial journey of poverty control of elderly farmers under the leadership of the CPC indicates the continuous improvement of the living conditions of elderly farmers in China and the progressive process of better rural life in the past 100 years.In the 100 years since the founding of the CPC,the system of governance of poverty among elderly farmers has undergone five-stage evolutionary process.As a result,the quality of life of the elderly poor farmers has improved significantly.In the post-poverty era,poverty among older farmers has also gradually changed from economic poverty to a multidimensional poverty situation in the context of relative poverty.Considering the characteristics of elderly farmers and their vulnerability to development,it is determined that this group has a high possibility of“returning to poverty”.It is urgent to build a multi-dimensional support system for the poverty management of elderly farmers,to block the path of return to poverty for elderly farmers,to help the poverty management mechanism of this group shift from one-dimensional absolute poverty management to multi-dimensional relative poverty management,and to effectively realize the path shift,benchmark adjustment and rule reconstruction for the poverty management of elderly farmers in the post-poverty era.Looking towards the second century,the governance of poverty among older farmers under the leadership of the CPC will continue to paint a new picture of a better life in the countryside.
