摘 要:本文基于CFPS2010—2016数据,采用马尔科夫矩阵和Atham指数,从收入、职业、教育视角对我国多代流动性进行了多维测度和分解。结果表明,有70.13%的多代收入流动性和37.50%的多代教育流动性是通过“祖代-孙代”直接作用的;从流动方向上看,向上流动是职业和教育的多代流动性主要构成;从时期长短上看,三代人(祖代-孙代)的教育和职业流动性要大于两代人(父代-孙代);从出生群体上看,相对于“80前”的孙代,“80后”的孙代在收入和教育方面受“祖代-孙代”跨代传承的影响较小,但却有着更高的职业流动性。最后,孙代教育层次提升有助于促进多代收入和多代职业的向上流动。Based on the CFPS survey data from 2010 to 2016,this paper adopted the Markov Matrix and Atham index to measure the muti-intergeneration mobility in income,occupation and education.Then we decomposed the muti-intergeneration mobility.Some important findings were shown as follows.Firstly,there were 70.13 percent of muti-intergeneration income mobility and 37.50 percent of muti-intergeneration education mobility could be dated back to the grandfather directly.From the point of directional mobility,the upward mobility contributed to the muti-intergeneration mobility mainly.To the length of period,the three generations(grandfather and son)exhibited higher mobility than the two generations(father and son).In the view of birth cohort,the intergenerational transmission effect in education and income was lower in the birth cohort 1980s other than the birth cohort before 1980s,while birth cohort 1980s experienced higher occupation mobility accordingly.Finally,the educational expansion of son contributes to upward mobility and prevents downward mobility.
