摘 要:施马伦贝格病毒(Schmallenberg vir,uSsBV)是一种通过库蠓传播的正布尼亚病毒,由三个负义单链RNA片段(L、M、S片段)组成,以入侵反刍动物中枢神经系统导致其发热、腹泻、产奶减少及胎儿畸形或流产等症状为特征,严重危害地区畜牧业安全,并造成了巨大经济损失。反向遗传操作系统是研究布尼亚病毒的一种有效方法,利用三质粒法拯救出的重组SBV(rSBV)与野生型SBV的生理特性极为相似。为了更深入地了解施马伦贝格病毒及反向遗传操作系统对其重要的作用,本文简要阐述了SBV基本特征、反向遗传操作系统研究进展及反向遗传系统的应用,以期为我国SBV的预防、控制及应用提供参考。Schmallenberg virus(SBV)is an orthobunyavirus transmitted by Culicoides,which consists of three negative single-stranded RNA fragments(L,M,and S fragments)to invade the central nervous system of ruminants resulting in symptoms such as fever,diarrhea,reduced milk production,and fetal malformations or abortion in cattle and sheep,posing a seriously threat to animal husbandry safety and causing significant economic losses.The reverse genetic operating system is a useful tool for studying bunyaviruses,and the physiological characteristics of recombinant SBV(r SBV)rescued using the threeplasmid method are extremely comparable to those of wild-type SBV.In order to understand the important role of the Schmallenberg virus and reverse genetic operating system in SBV,the basic characteristics of SBV,the research progress of the reverse genetic operating system,and the application of the reverse genetic system are briefly described in this paper,to provide a reference for the prevention,control and application of SBV in China.
