摘　　要：牛膝多糖是从牛膝根中提取所得的水溶性果聚糖,主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖和果糖3种单糖组成。牛膝多糖具有提高机体免疫、增强机体抗氧化能力和维护肠道菌群平衡等多种生物学功能,在畜禽生产中具有较高的应用研究价值。文章介绍了牛膝多糖的化学结构及提取工艺,总结了牛膝多糖的生物学功能,分析其在动物生产中的应用研究进展,为牛膝多糖在动物生产中的进一步推广与应用提供参考。Achyranthes bidentata Blume is a water-soluble fructan extracted from Achyranthes bidentata Blume root. It is mainly composed of three monosaccharides, glucose, mannose and fructose. Achyranthes bidentata Blume polysaccharide has many biological functions, such as improving immunity, enhancing antioxidant capacity and maintaining intestinal flora balance, etc., and has high application and research value in livestock and poultry production. The paper introduces the chemical structure and extraction technology of Achyranthes bidentata Blume polysaccharide, summarizes the biological function of Achyranthes bidentata Blume polysaccharide, analyzes the research progress of its application in animal production, to provide reference for further popularization of Achyranthes bidentata Blume polysaccharide in animal production.
