摘　　要：白术属于天然可饲用植物,其粉末与提取物可作为饲料添加剂应用于动物生产。白术提取物中富含多糖、内酯及挥发油等多种活性成分,具有增强机体免疫、抗氧化、保护肠胃及抗菌等生物学功能。文章总结了白术提取物中的活性成分及生物学功能,综述了白术在动物生产中的应用,为白术进一步在动物生产中的开发与应用提供参考。Atractylodes atractylodes is a natural forage plant whose powder and extract can be used as feed additive for animal production. The extract of Atractylodes atractylodes is rich in polysaccharides, lactones, volatile oil and other active ingredients, which has the biological functions of enhancing immunity, antioxidant, gastrointestinal protection and antibacterial. The paper summarizes the active ingredients in the extract of Atractylodes atractylodes, discusses the biological functions of Atractylodes atractylodes, reviews the application of Atractylodes atractylodes in animal production, to provide reference for further development and application of Atractylodes atractylodes.
