生态经济模式下产业结构优化研究——以淅川县为例

摘　　要：河南省淅川县是南水北调中线核心水源区,为了兼顾发展与生态,淅川县坚持以绿色发展为主线,确立了“生态立县”的战略定位,其发展已初具成效。然而与经济发展较好的县域相比,其经济规模依然偏小。淅川县2020年正式“脱贫摘帽”,各种扶贫项目和优惠政策也将随之减少,面临加速产业转型升级的难题。文章通过对淅川县产业发展、产业结构现状的调查分析,并以乡村振兴、“生态+”为背景分析其产业结构优化的方向,提出相应的对策建议,以期促进淅川县产业与生态可持续发展。Xichuan county,Henan province in the core water source area of the South-North Water Diversion Central Line,in order to balance development and ecology,Xichuan county adhere to the main line of green development,established the strategic positioning of“ecological county”,its development has begun to bear fruit.However,the economic scale is still low compared to the counties with better economic development.In 2020,Xichuan county will be formally“removed from poverty”,and various poverty alleviation projects and preferential policies will be reduced,facing the problem of accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial development and industrial structure in Xichuan county,and analyzes the direction of industrial structure optimization with the background of rural revitalization and“ecology+”,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the sustainable development of industry and ecology in Xichuan county.
