摘 要:以某电厂#1号炉配备的6台ZGM113G中速磨煤机为研究对象,该磨煤机存在出力偏低,通风阻力偏大,煤粉均匀性差等问题。对磨煤机进行动态旋转式分离器改造,以改善磨煤机的不良状况。分析了分离器优化改造前后煤粉细度、煤粉均匀性指数的变化情况,研究了动态分离器转数对磨煤出力的影响。改造后的动态分离器特性试验结果表明:改造后煤粉细度和均匀性指数均有较大改善,通过试验可确定动态分离器的最佳转速范围。ZGM113G medium speed pulverizer of a power plant is taken as the research object. The pulverizer is equipped with radial static pulverized coal separator. The pulverizer has some problems, such as low output, large ventilation resistance and poor pulverized coal uniformity. The dynamic rotary separator of the coal mill was reformed to improve the bad condition of the coal mill. The changes of pulverized coal fineness and pulverized coal uniformity index before and after the optimization of the separator are analyzed by means of experiments, and the influence of the rotating number of the dynamic separator on the coal grinding output is studied. The test results show that the pulverized coal fineness and uniformity index are greatly improved after the transformation, and the optimal speed range of the dynamic separator can be determined through the test.
