摘 要:针对某电厂330 MW机组锅炉进行了掺烧劣质煤调整,并进行了燃烧器配风调整。分析了在相同锅炉负荷下,不同劣质煤掺烧比例对锅炉辅机耗电、锅炉经济性的影响,并研究了不同劣质煤掺烧比例对锅炉带负荷能力的影响以及在相同负荷下不同的燃烧器配风方式对锅炉经济性的影响。结果表明:在机组负荷170 MW下,随着B磨煤机劣质煤掺烧比例的增大,制粉系统电耗增大,锅炉效率逐渐降低,其中劣质煤掺烧比例为15%工况的锅炉效率比劣质煤掺烧比例为30%工况的锅炉效率低了0.85%。在锅炉负荷(220 MW)及运行氧量(4.46%)不变的情况下,工况T6-2锅炉效率比工况T6-1锅炉效率高了0.28%。The adjustment of blending inferior coal and air distribution of burner is carried out for 330 MW utility boiler. The influence of different blending proportion of inferior coal on the auxiliary power consumption and boiler economy under the same boiler load is analyzed. What’s more, the influence of different blending proportion of inferior coal on the load capacity of boiler, and the influence of different burner air distribution mode on boiler economy under the same load are investigated.The results show that the power consumption of pulverizing system increases with the increase of blending proportion of inferior coal in B mill under 170 MW unit load, and boiler efficiency gradually decreases. The boiler efficiency of 15%low-quality coal blended in B mill is 0.85% lower than that of 30% low-quality coal blended.The efficiency of T6-2 boiler is 0.28% higher than that of T6-1 boiler in the condition of constant boiler load(220MW) and operating oxygen content(4.46%).
