摘 要:某厂现有锅炉为410 t/h等级高温高压循环流化床锅炉,为满足氮氧化物(NO_(x))超低排放要求,采用了炉内选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝+炉后催化氧化吸收(COA)脱硝相结合的技术路线,虽然环保指标能够满足环保排放要求,但脱硝系统运行成本明显高于同类机组。通过实施锅炉流态优化改造及SNCR脱硝系统优化改造后,成功实现了锅炉出口NO_(x)达标排放。此外,相比改造前锅炉氨水耗量降低10%以上。依靠低氮燃烧结合SNCR脱硝实现NO_(x)超低排放后,炉后COA脱硝系统的停运可大幅降低厂用电率,节约制备臭氧所需的氧气消耗,经济效益显著。A 410t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler is studied. In order to meet the ultra-low emission requirements of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x)), the combination of selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitration and catalytic oxidation absorption(COA) denitration is used before the optimization and transformation of boiler. Although the NO_(x)emission could meet the environmental protection requirements, the operation cost of denitration system is significantly higher than that of similar units. Through the optimization and transformation of boiler and SNCR denitration system, the ultra-low emission of NO_(x)without COA system running was successfully realized. In addition, the ammonia consumption was reduced by more than 10% compared with that before the transformation. It could greatly reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate and save the oxygen consumption for ozone preparation, bring remarkable economic benefits.
