质量管理原则在海外电力工程项目储运工作中的应用

摘　　要：ISO9001标准及其七大质量管理原则具有通用性和指导性,可用于各类组织的质量管理,即适用于某家企业或某个项目,也适用于海外建设项目中的具体储运管理工作。储运管理是海外工程建设中重要组成部分,用七大质量管理原则规范和考核储运工作质量,可以提升海外项目效益,提升企业竞争能力。ISO9001 standard and its seven quality management principles are universal and instructive. It can be applicable to a enterprise or a project, and it also can be applicable to logistics management in overseas power engineering project. Logistics management is an important part of overseas engineering project. Using the seven quality management principles to standardize and assess the quality of logistics work can enhance the efficiency of overseas projects and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
