摘　　要：就业质量评价是高职院校毕业生就业工作的重要一环,对及时掌握毕业生就业质量状况、服务政府科学决策和高职院校教育教学改革具有重要意义,但目前的评价工作仍存在评价指标不全面、方法不合理、标准不统一、类型特征不凸显等问题。在参考现有文献、实践研究和问卷调查的基础上,从“就业整体质量”“就业社会贡献度”“就业社会满意度”三个维度提出评价高职院校毕业生就业质量的指标,利用层次分析法确定权重,构建高职院校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系和综合指数,旨在为教育行政部门和高职院校评价毕业生就业质量时提供合理工具。The employment quality evaluation is an important part of the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to timely grasp the employment quality of graduates,serve the government’s scientific decision-making and the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.However,there are still some problems in the current evaluation,such as incomplete evaluation indexes,unreasonable methods,ununified standards and unhighlighted type characteristics. On the basis of referring to existing literature,practical research and questionnaire survey,this study puts forward indicators to evaluate the employment quality of vocational college graduates from the three dimensions of "overall employment quality", "social contribution to employment" and "social satisfaction with employment",uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,and constructs the evaluation index system and comprehensive index of vocational college graduates’ employment quality. The aim is to provide reasonable tools for educational administrative departments and higher vocational colleges to evaluate the employment quality of graduates.
