摘　　要：上海积极响应国家号召、贯彻落实伟大建党精神,通过政策上的倾斜、物质上的支持、精神上的引导鼓励高校毕业生到基层和艰苦地区工作,形成良好的工作机制,取得了较好的成效。本文总结和梳理近年来上海高校毕业生赴西部地区基层就业工作影响力研究,一是分析德育工作对于引导毕业生赴西部基层就业的有效性;二是探讨上海现有政策和工作实践对于赴西部基层就业毕业生的全过程影响,对于新时代下高校“就业育人”的推进提升具有较大的现实意义。Shanghai has actively responded to the call of the state and implemented the great spirit of founding the Party.Through preferential policies,material support and spiritual guidance,it has encouraged college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and in areas with difficulties.A sound working mechanism has been established and good results have been achieved.This paper summarizes and sorts out the research on the influence of Shanghai college graduates to the grass-roots employment work in the western region in recent years.First,it analyzes the effectiveness of moral education work in guiding graduates to the grass-roots employment in the western region.Second,it is of great practical significance for the promotion and promotion of"employment education"in colleges and universities in the new era to explore the impact of the existing policies and work practices in Shanghai on the whole process of graduates who go to the west for grass-roots employment.
