摘 要:对评价高档柴油机油清净性的Caterpillar 1P发动机试验旧油进行了理化分析、核磁共振磷谱(^(31)P NMR)分析。结果显示:1P试验失败油的碱值(TBN)下降率、酸值(TAN)增加、IR氧化值等明显高于1P试验通过油,其ZDDP中的有效磷绝大部分转变为氧化磷,表明1P试验失败油老化衰败程度加剧;通过改进模拟试验方法,将油品老化因素引入到模拟试验中,应用于配方筛选,为油品通过1P高温清净性评定提供支持。Physical and chemical analysis,and31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(31P NMR)analysis were conducted to the used engine oils in the Caterpillar 1P engine test for high-grade diesel engine oil detergency evaluation.The results show that the unqualified engine oils in the 1P engine test have obviously higher total base number(TBN)depletion rate,total acid number(TAN)increase rate and IR oxidation number than the qualified engine oils,and most of the available phosphorus in zinc dialkyl dithio phosphate(ZDDP)was degraded to phosphorus oxide,indicating the aging and degradation of unqualified engine oils.By improving the simulation test method,the oil aging factors were introduced into the simulation test to screen the formulas,providing a support for candidate oils to pass the 1P high-temperature detergency evaluation.
