摘　　要：使用寿命是衡量润滑油产品性能优劣的最重要依据,一般通过油品在设备中的实际应用效果进行评定,但由于周期较长,限制了配方开发的效率。空气压缩机油的使用寿命很大程度上取决于油品的抗氧化性能,目前常用旋转氧弹法进行实验室表征,但此方法的试验结果与油品实际应用效果存在差异。文章利用旋转氧弹仪及润滑油抗氧化剂含量测定仪(RULER),研究并建立了空气压缩机油循环耐久寿命试验方法,使试验结果与油品实际使用寿命形成良好相关性,实现了实验室快速评价,极大缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。Service life is the most important basis to measure the properties of lubricating oils.Generally,it is evaluated by the actual application effect of the oil in equipment.However,long cycles restrict the efficiency of formula development.The service life of air compressor oil largely depends on its anti-oxidation property.Currently,rotating pressure vessel oxidation test(RPVOT)is commonly used for laboratory characterization of the service life,but its test results are different from the actual application effect of the oil.In this paper,a durable life cycle test method for air compressor oil was developed with the rotating bomb oxidation tester and the lubricant antioxidant content tester(RULER).This method makes the test results form a good correlation with the actual service life of the oil,which facilities the rapid laboratory evaluation,so that the R&D cycle and cost are greatly reduced.
