摘 要:旨在研究牛至油博落回口服液(OS)对肉鸡早期生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标及肠道形态的影响。实验室试验选用1日龄健康白羽肉鸡90羽,随机分3组,每组分6个重复,每个重复5羽;田间试验选取1日龄健康白羽肉鸡90000羽,分3组,每组设6个重复,每组5000羽。对照组自由饮水,牛至油(OEO)组和口服液(OS)组根据肉鸡每天饮水量,每吨水各添加125 mL牛至油溶液和OS,固定时间集中饮水给药,试验期21 d。结果显示:相对于对照组,OEO可提高肉鸡平均日增质量(ADG),降低料重比(F/G);对于OEO组,OS组肉鸡ADG显著升高,F/G显著降低(P<0.05)。相对于对照组,OEO可显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白(TP)含量(P<0.05),并降低血清尿素氮(BUN)含量;相对于OEO组,OS组肉鸡血清TP含量显著升高,血清BUN、甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。相对于对照组,OEO组和OS组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),并有提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的效果。OS与OEO均可显著提高肉鸡血清IgA含量(P<0.05),同时可在一定程度上提升肉鸡血清IgG含量。相对于对照组,OS组十二指肠绒毛高度(VH)显著提高(P<0.05),绒隐比(V/C)有所提高,OEO组空肠VH、V/C显著提高(P<0.05);对于OEO组,OS组空肠VH、V/C显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加牛至油溶液和OS对白羽肉鸡上述性能指标及肠道发育均有改善作用,其中OS对于白羽肉鸡的生长性能、血清生化及肠道发育的作用效果优于OEO单独添加。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Oregano oil Macleaya cordata oral solution on early growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant indices and immune indices and intestinal morphology of broilers.901-day-old healthy white feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 broilers per replicate in laboratory test.900001-day-old healthy white feathered broilers were divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5000 broilers per group in field test.Control group was free to drink water,oregano oil(OEO)group and Oregano oil Macleaya cordata oral solution(OS)group were added 125 mL oregano oil solution and Oregano oil Macleaya cordata oral solution per ton of water according to the daily water intake of broilers.Three groups of chickens were given drugs in drinking water at fixed time every day.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,OEO could increase the average ADG and decrease the F/G of broilers;Compared with the OEO group,ADG of broilers in OS group was significantly increased and F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,OEO significantly increased serum total protein(TP)content(P<0.05)and decreased serum urea nitrogen(BUN)content of broilers;Compared with the OEO group,serum TP content of broilers in OS group was significantly increased,while serum BUN and triglyceride(TG)contents were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,serum T-AOC and SOD activity of broilers in OEO and OS groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and GSH-Px activity was also increased.OS and OEO could significantly increase serum IgA content of broilers(P<0.05),and increase serum IgG content of broilers to a certain extent.Compared with the control group,duodenal villus height(VH)in OS group was significantly increased(P<0.05),duodenal crypto ratio(V/C)in OS group was increased,and jejunum VH and V/C in OEO group were significantly increas
