摘　　要：韩婴诗学不仅在汉初得列官学,而且有《韩诗外传》存世。关于《韩诗外传》著述性质的讨论,无论是司马迁的“推《诗》之意”,还是班固的“推诗人之意”,关注点均在文本意义上的诗学层次,而不是发挥诗义方式上的诗学层次。“诗”与“诗人”的一字之差,其实体现了司马迁与班固在各自经学观下对《韩诗外传》的不同理解,可视为探讨《韩诗外传》相关问题的学术参照。只有着眼于韩婴其人及其诗学系统,将之放在区域文化史背景下作深入分析,才能更加客观地评论《韩诗外传》,并充分认识韩婴诗学的学术价值与历史地位。韩婴质朴的学术品格、分明的处事风格,以及包括诗学传统在内的燕赵地域文化的滋养,对《韩诗外传》的命名、特点、传播等诸多方面确实产生了重要影响。Han Ying's poetics was prescribed as official scholarship in the early Han Dynasty,and it had been passed down in the form of Han Shi Wai Zhuan.With regard to the nature of Han Shi Wai Zhuan,Sima Qian held that the book was based on the textual meaning of poetry while Ban Gu believed that it centered upon the intention of the poets as they created the poems.Both of them focused on poetics from textual terms rather than from the perspective of expounding the meaning of poetry.The different dictions reveal the different interpretations of Han Shi Wai Zhuan by Sima Qian and Ban Gu based on their respective classics studies,which can be considered as academic references for exploring relevant issues on Han ShiWai Zhuan.Only when we focus on Han Ying and his poetics traditions and make in-depth analysis under the background of regional cultural history can we review Han Shi Wai Zhuan from a more objective perspective and fully understand the academic value and historical status of Han Ying's poetics.Han Ying's simple academic character and straightforward personality as well as the nourishment of the regional culture of Yan and Zhao,including the poetic tradition,produced an important impact on the naming,features and dissemination of Han Shi WaiZhuan.
