摘　　要：金融危机以来,美国共产党根据新的时代特征和实际情况就实现社会主义何以必要、何为社会主义、如何实现社会主义等问题进行了新的探索。美国共产党立足金融危机以来的现实境况,从经济危机、人权危机和生态危机的角度入手批判了资本主义;构想了美国特色社会主义的经济运行特征、民主政治特征以及其他特征;从思想引领、基本方针、组织保证和力量之基等方面对美国如何实现社会主义展开了理论探索。这些新探索是美共对本国社会主义运动发展的贡献,同时也为世界各国探索发展社会主义提供了一定的启示。The Communist Party of the United States has made new explorations on why socialism is necessary,what socialism is and how to achieve socialism according to the new characteristics of the times and the reality since the financial crisis.Based on the reality after the financial crisis,it criticizes capitalism from the perspectives of economic crisis,human rights crisis and ecological crisis;It conceives the economic operation characteristics,democratic political characteristics and other characteristics of socialism with American characteristics.In addition,it also explores the theory of realizing socialism in American in terms of ideological leading,basic policies,organizational guarantee and strength sources.These new explorations are the contributions of the Communist Party of America to the development of the socialist movement in their own countries,and also provide some enlightenment for countries around the world to explore and develop socialism.
