摘　　要：“民主”是社会民主主义理论的核心,是社会党国际的立基之本。在七十余年的发展历程中,伴随着社会民主主义理论的转型,社会党国际的民主观也发生了变化,经历了从重建时“民主社会主义民主观”到冷战结束以来“社会民主主义民主观”再到金融危机以来“进步主义民主观”的转变。金融危机以来,社会党国际成员党民主价值观的分歧成为组织分裂的意识形态原因,以西欧社会党为主体的成员党另立“进步联盟”。分裂以来,社会党国际推动民主观向“进步主义”转变,以实现社会民主主义的复兴。从大历史观的视角出发,考察社会党国际成立七十余年民主观的转变有利于理清社会民主主义理论转型的历史脉络,加深对世界社会主义民主理论的认知。Democracy is the core of social democratic theory and the foundation of the Socialist International.In the course of more than 70 years of development,along with the transformation of the social democratic theory,the Socialist International’s concept of democracy has also changed from the Democratic Socialist view at the reconstruction time to the Social Democratic view since the end of the Cold War and then to the Progressive view since the financial crisis.Since the financial crisis,the divergence of the Socialist International’s member party on democratic value has become the ideological reason for the division of the organization,and the member parties led by the West European Socialist Party formed another Progressive Alliance.Since the split,the Socialist International has promoted the transformation about the concept of democracy to Progressivism,so as to realize the revival of social democracy.From the perspective of the Grand Historical View,investigating the transformation about the concept of democracy of the Socialist International over the past 70 years will help to clarify the historical context of the transformation of social democratic theory and deepen the cognition of the world socialist democratic theory.
