论人类命运共同体理念对国际行为体行动逻辑的重构

摘　　要：国际行为体的行动逻辑具备一定的思维基础。以个体理性为主要思维基础的行动逻辑有着明显的二元对立色彩,持有个体理性思维的国际行为体更是在全球化实践中逐渐暴露了自身思维偏好及其行动逻辑的局限性;而人类命运共同体理念则凭借中国传统关联性思维的有机整体性、关系优先性、共在共存共容的内在要求,超越了个体理性思维的种种局限和弊端。因此,以人类命运共同体理念来重构个体理性驱动的国际行为体的行动逻辑是符合当前全球时空环境发展趋势的合理选择。当前,中国应在提升人类命运共同体理念国际合法性和增强国际制度性话语权的基础上,通过国际规范、国际制度等约束机制和国际传播等融通机制实现对国际行为体行动逻辑的持续影响,以期实现国际行为体行动逻辑的转向。The action logic of international actors has a certain basis of thinking.The logic of action based on individual rationality has an obvious dualistic color,and international actors with individual rational thinking have gradually exposed their own thinking preferences and the limitations of their action logic in the practice of globalization;while human beings The concept of a community with a shared future transcends the limitations and drawbacks of individual rational thinking by virtue of the organic integrity,relationship priority,and coexistence,coexistence and co-existence inherent in Chinese traditional thinking of relevance.Therefore,reconstructing the action logic of individual rational-driven international actors based on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is a reasonable choice in line with the current development trend of the global space-time environment.At present,on the basis of enhancing the international legitimacy of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and strengthening the international institutional discourse power,China should achieve continuous influence on the action logic of international actors through international norms,international institutions and other restraint mechanisms and international communication and other accommodation mechanisms.In order to realize the turn of the action logic of international actors.
