摘  要:以OP-10为分散剂,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵(TTAC)为改性剂,对凹凸棒土(ATP)进行处理,得到改性ATP(OATP),将改性ATP与氨基模塑料高速混合、压制成型得到氨基模复合材料。采用TEM、XRD、沉降试验等对ATP及改性ATP进行表征,研究了改性ATP添加量对氨基模复合材料力学性能、流动性、甲醛迁移量的影响。结果表明,TTAC无法扩大ATP的层间距,而是以吸附的方式存在于ATP表面,并且改性ATP的棒晶束与ATP相比,能较好地分散在有机溶剂中;当改性ATP添加量为6%时,氨基模复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度与冲击强度均达到最大,其值分别为87.8 MPa、99.4 MPa、2.38 kJ/m^(2),甲醛迁移量降低至6.4 mg/dm^(2);随改性ATP添加量的增加,氨基模复合材料的成型时间、热变形温度明显增大,但是,流动性的变化趋势较小。The amino molding composite were prepared by high-speed mixing and pressing of OATP and amino molding plastics.the modified of attapulgite(ATP)was studied with OP-10 as dispersing agent,Tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(TTAC)as treating agent and organic attapulgite(OATP)was prepared.The ATP before and after modification was characterized by TEM,XRD and sedimentation test,and the effects of OATP content on the mechanical properties,fluidity and formaldehyde migration of amino mold composite were studied.The results showed that TTAC couldn’t increase the layer spacing of the ATP and could be absorbed on the surface of the ATP,the rod crystal beam of modified ATP was more dispersed than that of ATP in the organic solvent.When 6%OATP was added in amino molding plastics,the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of composite could reach maximums value,which were 87.8,99.4 MPa and 2.38 kJ/m^(2)respectively,and the migration amount of formaldehyde could decrease to 6.4 mg/dm^(2).
