摘 要:将Fe_(3)O_(4)@NH_(2)磁性粒子与端氨基超支化聚酰胺(HBP-NH2)通过亲核加成反应,制备Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)复合材料,分析了Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)对模拟废水中Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Cu^(2+)的吸附行为。研究结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)复合材料已被成功制备,并且该材料仍然能够实现快速磁性分离。同时,吸附实验表明,当t=120 min、pH=4.5、T=55℃和Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)添加量为1.0 g/L时,Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)对Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Cu^(2+)的饱和吸附能力分别为203.6、109.9、93.9 mg/g,因此,Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)对Pb^(2+)具有更佳的吸附选择性,而且Langmuir方程更能描述该吸附等温过程;Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)复合材料对Pb^(2+)的吸附是吸热过程。另外,Cd^(2+)与Pb^(2+)的共存能够增强Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)对Pb^(2+)的吸附效果;而且,连续重复使用10次后发现,其对Pb^(2+)的去除率均大于60%。Magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)@NH_(2) particles was treated by nucleophilic addition reaction with amino terminated hyperbranched polyamide(HBP-NH2)on surface to form Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material.And then,the adsorption behavior of Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Cu^(2+)in simulated wastewater was studied.The results showed that,Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material has been successfully prepared,and Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material can still achieve rapid magnetic separation.At the same time,the static adsorption experiments showed that,under the conditions of pH=4.5,contact time of 120 min,T=55℃and an amount of Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material of 1.0 g/L,the maximum adsorption capacities of Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Cu^(2+)were 203.6,109.9,93.9 mg/g,respectively,which could be seen that Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material had an obviously adsorptive selectivity to Pb^(2+),and the adsorption of each heavy metal ion conformed Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Moreover,the adsorption of Pb^(2+)was an endothermic process.In addition,the studies in multiple systems indicated that coexisting Cd^(2+)had a synergistic promoting effect on Pb^(2+)adsorption.Finally,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)was still above 60%after 10 times regeneration of Fe_(3)O_(4)@HBP-NH_(2)compound material.
