摘 要:多轴3D打印技术具有无需任何支撑材料的特点,因此,成为增材制造领域中的重要研究方向之一,但是,工件质量仍需要满足精密装配和复杂工况的要求。因此,为了提高多轴3D打印工件的综合质量,采用灰色关联分析法对其工艺参数进行优化。选取5个关键的工艺参数设计L_(27)(3^(13))正交实验,将拉伸强度、表面粗糙度、尺寸误差作为评估成型样件的整体质量的实验指标,通过方差分析和信噪比分析法研究各因素水平对实验指标的影响程度,利用灰色关联分析法构建多目标优化模型获得最优工艺参数水平。结果表明,挤出丝宽和分层高度对样件的综合质量影响较大,优化后的拉伸强度提高了24.4%,表面粗糙度和尺寸误差分别降低了40.76%和62.6%。该方法为多轴3D打印的工艺优化提供了有效的方法。Multi-axis 3D printing technology became one of the main trends in additive manufacturing technology due to its ability to produce complex structural workpieces without any support material.However,the quality of workpieces must satisfy the requirements in precision assembly and complicated working environments.To improve the comprehensive quality of multi-axis 3D printed workpiece,the process parameters were optimized by grey relational analysis method.Firstly,five important process parameters were selected to design L_(27)(3^(13))orthogonal experiment.Tensile strength,surface roughness and size error were used as experimental indexes to evaluate the comprehensive quality of the samples.The influence of each factor level on the experimental indexes was studied by ANOVA and S/N analysis.Finally,grey relational analysis method was utilized to establish a multi-objective optimization model to obtain the optimal process parameters.The results showed that the width of extruded wire and the height of lamination had the greatest influence on the comprehensive quality of the sample.The tensile strength was increased by 24.4%,the surface roughness and size error were respectively reduced by 40.76%and 62.6%.The method provided an effective way for multi-axis 3D printing process optimization.
