摘　　要：儿童车外壳塑件注射模具设计中,基于塑件的结构特点,设计了1副2板模具进行塑件的注射成型。模腔布局采用1模1腔,2点潜伏式浇口浇注,选用水冷的方法进行冷却。为实现塑件的自动脱模,设计了2种简化型机构进行塑件脱模,分别为改进型双斜导柱滑块机构及组合式斜顶机构。为得到具有鲁棒性的模具结构,对滑块机构进行了改进,采用双面锁紧楔紧块对主滑块进行锁紧,倒角型斜导柱和滑块弹簧共同驱动主滑块抽芯,限位螺丝对滑块滑出进行限位;斜顶机构中采用斜顶块+斜顶杆复合型机构,简化了结构,有利于加工。导向机构中开设了通气槽、滑块头,采用斜度插入的方法,利用先复位机构先复位推板等有效地提高了模具的稳定性。In the design of the injection mold for the plastic parts of the children’s car shell,based on the structural characteristics of the plastic parts,a two-plate mold was designed for the injection molding of the plastic parts.The cavity layout was 1 mold with1 cavity,using 2-point latent gate for gating,and water cooling was used for cooling.In order to realize the automatic demoulding of plastic parts,two simplified mechanisms were designed for demoulding plastic parts,one was an improved double angle guide post slider mechanism,and the other was a combined lifter mechanism.For the needs of the robustness of the mold work,the improvements in the slider mechanism include:using the double-sided locking wedge block to lock the main slider,using the chamfered inclined guide post and the slider spring to drive the main slider together pull the core,using the limit screw to limit the sliding out of the slider;the improvements in the lifter mechanism include:a compound mechanism of lifter block+lifter rod,which was conducive to simplifying the processing of the mechanism.Improvements in the guide mechanism include:opening ventilation slots,adopting the inclined insertion method for the slider head,and using the first reset mechanism to reset the push plate first,etc.,which had effectively improved the reliability of the mold work.
