摘  要:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为主要原料挤压成型得到的PVC板具有强度高、耐腐蚀性好、耐高温、绝缘以及二次加工方便的特点,并且采用不同的改性方法制备的PVC板在特殊领域中的性能更好,因此,PVC板具有良好的市场前景,受到研究人员的广泛关注。但是,PVC板存在热稳定性低、燃烧释放氯化氢气体等缺陷,仍是目前未解决的问题,需要进行更深入的研究。对PVC板改性方法的研究进展和存在的问题进行了分析,重点介绍了近几年国内外对于PVC板力学性能、阻燃性能、抗菌性能、抗静电性能、降噪性能及其他性能的改性方法和研究进展,最后,对目前PVC板材的研究进行了总结并且对未来研究方向进行了展望。The PVC board extruded with PVC as the main raw material has the characteristics of high strength,good corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,insulation and convenient secondary processing.And through different modification technologies,PVC board can play a more excellent performance in specific fields.Therefore,it has a good market prospect and is widely concerned by the majority of researchers.However,the problems of low thermal stability of PVC board and the release of hydrogen chloride gas by combustion are still the focus of current research,and more in-depth research is needed.The article analyzes the research progress and existing problems of PVC board modification technology.The focus is on the modification methods and research progress of the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties,antibacterial properties,antistatic properties,noise reduction properties and other properties of PVC panels at home and abroad in recent years.Finally,the current research on PVC board is summarized and the future research direction is prospected.
