摘  要:海泡石(SEP)是一种具有较好的力学性能和热稳定性的层状硅酸盐黏土,可以与多种阻燃剂发挥协同阻燃效应。但是,由于天然海泡石与聚合物的相容性较差,其在聚合物中极易发生团聚,限制了其阻燃性能,需要对海泡石进行表面改性解决该问题。综述了酸碱改性、表面活性剂改性、硅烷偶联剂改性、有机物接枝改性和金属及其化合物改性,5种改性方法的研究进展;介绍了溶液共混法、熔融共混法和原位聚合法,3种常用的共混方法,并且,整理了近年来海泡石阻燃常见聚合物的研究成果,着重介绍了海泡石与膨胀阻燃剂、磷杂菲类阻燃剂、碳纳米管和离子液体等新型阻燃剂的协同阻燃效应。最后,对海泡石在阻燃领域的发展趋势进行了展望。Sepiolite(SEP)is a layered silicate clay with excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability,which can play a synergistic flame retardant effect with various flame retardants.However,the poor compatibility between natural sepiolite and polymer leads to its easy agglomeration in the polymer,which limits the performance of flame retardant.Surface modification of sepiolite can effectively solve this problem.In this paper,the research progress of five modification methods including acid-base modification,surfactant modification,silane coupling agent modification,organic grafting modification and metal and its compounds modification is reviewed.Three common blending methods,solution blending method,melt blending method and in-situ polymerization method are introduced.The research results of sepiolite flame retardant common polymers in recent years are sorted out,focusing on the synergistic flame retardant effect of sepiolite with new flame retardants such as intumescent flame retardant,phosphaphenanthrene flame retardant,carbon nanotubes and ionic liquids.Finally,the development trend of sepiolite in the field of flame retardant is prospected.
