中烟100上部叶不同采收方式对烟叶质量的影响

摘　　要：以中烟100为试验材料,设置3种上部叶采收方式处理,对上部叶的外观质量、物理特性、超微结构、化学成分、致香物质及经济性状进行分析。结果表明,3种不同采收方式中,上部6片叶一次性成熟采收明显改善了上部叶的整体外观质量、物理特性和化学成分协调性,能够提高上部叶的中性致香物质总量及改善经济性状。Zhongyan 100 was used as the test material,and three harvesting methods of upper leaves were set up.The appearance quality,physical characteristics,ultrafine structure,chemical composition,aroma substances and economic properties of the upper leaves were analyzed.The results showed that among the three different harvesting methods,the one-time mature harvesting of the upper six leaves significantly improved the overall appearance quality,physical properties and chemical composition coordination of the upper leaves,and increased the total neutral aroma substances and economic characteristics of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco.
