摘  要:为揭示外源调节剂对梅花花香性状的影响,以梅花彩枝舞粉为试验材料,用甘草酸、槲皮素、正钒酸钠溶液处理其盛花期花朵,以清水为对照,采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱—质谱联用技术对处理后花朵挥发物成分及其释放量进行分析和测定,并对处理后梅花花瓣表皮细胞进行徒手切片和FDA染色观察。结果表明,各处理花朵释放的挥发物共涉及9类,其中酯类挥发物的种类及挥发量在各处理中均为最高。经甘草酸、槲皮素和正钒酸钠处理后,花香挥发物总量均显著降低,其中正钒酸钠处理效果最为明显,而处理后花瓣表皮的细胞形态及细胞活力均未见明显变化。3种调节剂均导致乙酸苯甲酯、苯甲醇、丁香酚等主要成分挥发量显著降低,经正钒酸钠处理后苯甲醛的挥发量显著提高了2倍。To reveal the effect of different exogenous regulators on floral fragrance of Prunus mume,Prunus mume‘Caizhiwufen’was selected as the experimental material.Glycyrrhizic acid,quercetin,and sodium vanadate solution were sprayed on the blooming flowers,and clear water was used as control.Then headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-masswere performed to analyze and determine the volatile components of‘Caizhiwufen’flowers after treatments.The observation of freehand sections and FDA staining of epidermis cell from P.mume petals after different treatments were performed.The results showed that there were 9 types of volatiles emitted from flowers,and the kinds and contents of ester volatiles were the highest in all treatments.After the treatments with glycyrrhizic acid,quercetin and sodium vanadate,the total volatile amount of‘Caizhiwufen’was significantly decreased compared with the control,among which the sodium vanadate treatment decreased most obviously,and the morphology and viability of epidermis cell from P.mume petals did not change significantly.It was found that three regulators all led to the volatile amount of some main volatile components decreased such as benzyl acetate,benzyl alcohol,eugenol and so on,and the volatile amount of benzaldehyde significantly improved two times after the treatments of the sodium vanadate.
