摘 要:采用SWOT分析法,深入了剖析政策(P)、生态(E)、文化(C)和技术(T)在崇义客家梯田生态系统可持续发展过程中具有的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战,建立了崇义客家梯田生态系统可持续发展的战略矩阵。结果表明:相关政策法规的颁布和实施、丰富的生物多样性、深厚的农业文化底蕴、完好的传统农耕方式是崇义客家梯田生态系统可持续发展的优势和机会;缺乏有效的生态补偿机制和法律法规、传统农作物品种的逐渐消亡、农民对农业文化遗产敬畏之心的减弱、传统农耕方式产能低下等是崇义客家梯田生态系统可持续发展面临的挑战和威胁。因此,提出了实现崇义客家梯田生态系统可持续发展需要制定合理的生态补偿机制、综合整治原生态文化、有机融合梯田开发与保护、完善传承人保护机制等对策建议。The SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of policy(P),ecology(E),culture(C)and technology(T)in the process of sustainable development of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem,as well as the opportunities and challenges,and the strategic matrix of sustainable development of Hakka terrace ecosystem in Chongyi was established.The results show that the promulgation and implementation of relevant policies and regulations,rich biodiversity,profound agricultural culture and sound traditional farming methods are the advantages and opportunities for the sustainable development of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem.The lack of effective ecological compensation mechanism,laws and regulations,the gradual extinction of traditional crop varieties,the weakening of farmers’awe of agricultural cultural heritage and the low productivity of traditional farming methods are the challenges and threats to the sustainable development of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem.In view of this,corresponding countermeasures and measures were put forward such as formulating a reasonable ecological compensation mechanism,comprehensively renovating the original ecological culture,organically integrating terrace development and protection and improving the protection mechanism of inheritors.
