摘  要:在海上无人跨接平台正常生产过程中,仪控设备既要保持稳定的运行性能,也要具备一定的容错能力。通过分析无人跨接平台仪控设备的运行现状,阐明了原仪控系统所存在的问题,包括运行稳定性差、远程可操作功能弱、智能化程度低等。针对无人跨接平台的液压系统和紧急关断系统,提出了优化升级改造方案、具体实施过程以及其他保障措施。实践表明,改造后的无人跨接平台仪控系统在运行稳定性上得到了进一步提升。In the normal production process of unmanned offshore platform, the instrument and control equipment should not only maintain stable operation performance, but also have certain fault tolerance. By analyzing the operation status of the instrument and control equipment of the unmanned offshore platform, this paper expounds the problems existing in the original instrument and control system, including poor operation stability, weak remote operable function, and low degree of intelligence. For the hydraulic system and emergency shutdown system of the unmanned offshore platform, the optimization, upgrading and transformation scheme, specific implementation process and other safeguard measures are proposed. The practice shows that the instrument and control system of the reconstructed unmanned offshore platform has got further improvement in the operation stability.
