摘  要:岩性密度测井仪是一个很重要的测量设备,其原理是通过放射源产生的伽马射线测量地层数据,由于具有较强的辐射性,对其保存和利用都有一定的限制。高校使用岩性密度测井仪存在较高的安全门槛,即便是有关教学实验也受到了很大的限制。使用LabVIEW生成随机数,再经过数据采集卡的DA功能转换成电子脉冲信息,可模拟用伽马射线测量岩性地层时得到的电脉冲信息,以反映周围地层的信息及不同地层的分布情况。基于此,设计了一款岩性密度测井仪模拟信号源,其能谱计算规律符合以伽马射线探测土壤地层时产生脉冲信号的概率分布规律。该模拟信号源无需放射源,即可模拟产生的伽马射线测量信息,对开展岩性密度测量试验及高校教学工作具有实用价值。Lithology density logging tool is a very important measuring equipment. It measures formation data through gamma rays generated by radioactive sources. Due to its strong radiation, there are certain restrictions on its preservation and utilization. There is a high safety threshold for the use of lithologic density logging tools in colleges and universities, and even the relevant teaching experiments are also greatly limited. Random numbers are generated by the LabVIEW software, and then are converted into electronic pulse information through the DA function of the data acquisition card. The electric pulse information obtained from measuring lithologic strata with gamma rays can be simulated to reflect the information of surrounding strata and the distribution of different strata. Based on this, an analog signal source of lithologic density logging tool is designed, and its energy spectrum calculation law conforms to the probability distribution law of pulse signal generated when gamma ray is used to detect soil stratum. The analog signal source can simulate the generated gamma ray measurement information without radiation source, which has practical value for carrying out lithologic density measurement experiments and college teaching.
