摘  要:激波管可以产生纳秒级的阶跃压力信号,常被用以校准动态压力测试系统的响应特性。激波管产生激波的方法有自然破膜法和主动破膜法。主动破膜技术可以通过控制膜压比实现对激波速度及阶跃压力等参数的控制,从而提高激波管试验的可靠性。对不同机构的主动破膜装置进行校准试验,分析了不同装置性能和阻塞比对激波波形的影响,旨在针对不同阶跃压力试验设计适当的主动破膜装置提供理论依据。Shock tubes can generate nanosecond step pressure signals, so they are often used to calibrate the response characteristics of dynamic pressure testing systems. There are two methods to generate shock wave in shock tube: natural membrane breaking method and active membrane breaking method. Active membrane breaking technology can control the shock wave velocity and step pressure by controlling the membrane pressure ratio, so as to improve the test reliability of shock tube. Through the calibration tests of active membrane breaking devices with different structures, the effects of different device performance and blocking ratio on shock wave waveform are analyzed, so as to provide theoretical basis for designing appropriate active membrane breaking devices for different step pressure tests.
